Yes, Marcos, we have spoken about that (RB & e-mails, I believe).

The only common advice from all the Dr.'s & fellow sufferers down here (in S. FL), has been to avoid coffee, #1.
Fortunately, I never drank coffee. But, then, what is my cause?
My basic understanding is anything that dehydrates you, is a danger. Caffeine-based products, followed by sodium (salt), calcium, cysteine,... Especially in a hot climate, hydration is vital (water, being the best source).

In fact, while I don't drink coffee, I do have an occasional cappuccino or other coffee-based specialty drink when dining out. It is so convincingly a problem, because within hours I'm having a bit of difficulty.

It might be less of an issue where you live, if the climate is cooler and you're not in air conditioning all the time.
