Prurisol is quite impressive.

In the previous Prurisol Phase 2a trial for mild to moderate subjects, the following was stated by Innovation Pharmaceuticals:

Patients with more moderate forms of psoriasis experienced the greatest clinical improvements. Pharmacokinetic data further revealed an early and dose-dependent response that improved as treatment duration increased.

Therefore the responses began early during treatment and higher doses had better response rates than lower doses and the response continued over time and the subjects with the more severe psoriasis at the beginning of the trial responded best.

Therefore, going from 200 mg per day to 300 mg per day and 400 mg per day is expected to increase the response rate and going from mild and moderate to moderate and severe at baseline is expected to increase the response rate.
