So, based upon this factual government document, I'm going with NO, it doesn't exist. As I have said before, due diligence is more than picking up the phone and calling the CEO. In this case, however, I'd suggest someone give Rick a call and explain to him if he is going to run a scam then have the intelligence to have active licenses in place.
