ILUM: Just looking into the guy that took over this shell, Jaeson Cayne, I vaguely remember seeing his AbFlex infomercials back in the late 80's, think I owned it at one point, I've always been a sucker for infomercial crap......I bought most of those 'magic' ab machines...lol....none of them ever worked.

Biggest problem I see with this one is that we do not know how many shares were issued for the PetsZX acquisition, as there has been no 8-K. Sure the 3.6M o/s looks sweet now but if they issued 100M shares for that acquisition then your screwed.

There is potential IMO, but need more details.

Mr. Cayne has been a chart topper (#1 Infomercial) in the Jordan Whitney
Green Sheet Reports (a rating system for the electronic retailing industry similar to the Neilson ratings for television) for Pounds Off Meal Replacement Bars, Bun Trainer and ABFLEX. Spray FX, a children's toy Mr.Cayne marketed, was voted the toy of the year by Family Fun Magazine. All in all, Mr. Cayne is responsible for almost a billion dollars in consumer sales of products.
