Well I believe Dan would like to drill and it's possible he has the money to drill but I don't know if he should.
He is making a whole lot of assumptions and is acting desperate.
He has not given any real transparency on his financial agreement.
He is assuming a win in court so he isn't accounting for those bills.
He doesn't need all the money for lawyers but he's assuming the lawyer fees won't be much and Currah will have to pay them.

He has enough to drill 1 hole and maybe get some assay results or paperwork done.
Then it's back to Potts and a few more percentage points get traded for too little money.

Dan is expecting stellar results or at least something that sounds good to raise the PPS and save him.

Hope he's tight or this stock can drop to the trips fast.
If that happens Potts will own controlling interest and wave good bye to everyone.
