Welp, in the UK there were definitely Mods sighted in the late '50s and into the '60s. Experts at Cambridge hypothesize that the Mods were holdovers in the British Isles from the Ice Age. Experts in Oxford hypothesize that the Romans brought the Mods to the British Isles from North Africa to intimidate the Celts. Experts in Ashbourne hypothesize that Mods arose from interbreeding between football hooligans and sheep (or Scots, some claim) - then they expound upon this with 'gimme 'notha pint, mate, and I'll tell ya how they wuz all kilt!'

Personally, I think the Mods were so discriminated against in Britain that they took to their longboats and invaded Norway, Denmark, and areas in Flanders and the north coast of Deutschland (uber Alles). At the time, they were known as 'Berserkers'. Today, they are sometimes spotted in Berlin wearing all black, black leather jackets and pants with many metal zippers and buttons and frequenting 'discos' that play the same audio that the Cuban intelligence played for many US diplomats in Havana - producing substantially the same physical and mental results.

Although there is no evidence whatsoever than there are any mods on iHub, it has been rumoured that Satan is a deprogrammed mod who was rescued from a mod ashram at a young age. According to legend, he underwent a rigorous 10-year deprogramming that was 'deemed' to have been successful - yett there are still many who doubt that 'success'. So beware, Satan may be a latent mod or at least have mod tendencies.
