Because the 15,000,000,000 is divided by 600 as well, it actually won't change anything other than bring up the price. Most reverse splits keep the same available shares. That's not the case here. We will both see what people do. Where it gets to be an issue, is the increase afterwards to 1.15billion. 15,000,000,000/600=25,000,000x46=1,150,000,000. So .0001x600=.06/46=.001...... I'm assuming that's where 475,000,000 will be sold which would = roughly $620,000 to FE. So roughly 41% to them that they can't use. So 1,150,000,000-475,000,000=675,000,000 before you add common shares. They should be paying off the $200k debt so that's more like 1/3 so .001+ (.001/3)= .0013 in my opinion as a valuation point. I am an amateur, so if someone sees things differently, feel free to correct me. I'm assuming all that happens before we can trade. Out of the remaining 59% is the common shares and shares as they stated they have no plans to use for anything other than preventing corporate take overs and obviously public purchase. So Most likely people will sell, cause they'll need to take out what's left because they invest with what they shouldn't gamble with. What will be interesting is what will happen since FE pharma will be a contract I guess you could say. How well will it look to others to be debt free and have FE pharma with us. It's a gamble. So for you, 850 would be the same valuation since the a.s. will be changed as well. The value to how people will see it will look bad. It will however get crappy when the as gets increased from 250m to 1.15b which though you'd have 850, the value in a sense would be 850/46 since here I'm assuming 475m sold at .001. I haven't been thru one of these splits before where as gets lowered and then increased and 41% sold and sealed I'd say and then out of the 41% FE will use 1/3 of that to pay off the debt. Nor do I know if the rs and the a.s. increase and sale of the 475m will be before trading begins. I'm gonna hold and probably buy with money I can gamble with because I'm going to assume that kassett will be a good asset. One thing I'm keeping in mind though, the (675,000,000-commonshares) amount have not been issued. So my valuation is my point of view. Running out of space on the rest of my thoughts. Hope it helps
