I am slightly inebriated but I see 2 publics merging? If not I will look into this because this goes against all laws for defrauding investors.

Also the bottom link shows brewery was sold? That isn't unmerging or going private. That's a subsidiary being sold off, like you would sell off assets. GGMN is THE COMPANY.
