Please understand the a/d line of a chart is useless. Example would be a stock trading fluently at say .05 all day and a 100 share paint @ .08 eod would point the a/d line straight up.


A/d line is really a useless tool in otc stocks.


Otherwise.......I find it interesting that Parsi is offering current shareholders what equates to private placements.....many, MANY, more details needed from today's filing.

My opinions are just that......my opinions. Good luck to all investors/traders.
