Sam, you cannot merge a private company with a PUBLIC company, then change your mind 6 months later... They are 1 entity now. Resigning as CEO and another taking place means nothing towards the actual company.

History here isn't messy unless its painted that way. If it was messy, it would be DT Chilled or locked.. That is what happens with messy stocks.

Why do you keep bringing up Nevada? AMLH filed out of Nevada back in 2000, it expires next year... On top that, they do not intend 2 stay filing in Nevada. They will file out of Delaware soon, they need to clean up garbage first.
