What do you know that we don't know?

All of this may not be bad. I still do not understand how to connect the dots; I am not familiar with LLC's, legal stuff, etc. For all I know, this is all good stuff for setting up Vapor after Dror left and for preparing for Simple Cork.

Why is everyone already up in arms when no one has explained what's going on??
