Let's be positive a little.

The new team that just joined, haven't had enough time to study the company well and come up with a way to improve it. We will be hearing from them soon, it's not only one person's idea or decision, they are many. Soon could be a few months or more.

The last HAON news was Aug. 22nd. only 10 days ago. Some OTC's do not even come up with news/updates for a year or more.

The more negative we are the more we are chasing investors away. Which could cause slowing and freezing the trading price.

Preparing for audits can take a long long time, and dividend is a bonus if it happens, happens, if it doesn't, doesn't. Which OTC gives dividends anyways?

R/S is probably not in their list of things to do now, they just added new shares to the pile.

Good news should be coming out pretty soon, looking at HAON's history to put out news is pretty much every other week or so.
