Why is ABHI "buying" Voosh LLC when ABHI already owns Veloxum ACO?

Did not ABHI buy it in May 2014?

But now it is buying Voosh for 100 million (or is that 1 billion) shares of ABHI stock?

So Cornell sells Veloxum Corp Assets (which included Veloxum ACO) to ABHI and becomes president...

But then the same Cornell creates Voosh LLC in February of this year (which is hawking Veloxum ACO)
