MGTI was kick off of whatever stock reporting market they was listed on. How I know because I was in MGTI the day they got kick off and I didn't know what had happen the next day when the price drop more 75% after closing. it fell like a red hot sharp knife cutting throw soft butter. The was suspend of off the regular market bc the report market they was listed under thought what the was planning will hurt the shareholders. and the was right.

MGTI later switch over from spy software to some sort bits, what they're into now. They're doing better with their new gig.

I learn when something seem wrong or strange head for the nearest exist or don't be in so deep when the SEC drop the bomb on your stock or a wall street market threaten to kick your stock out of the market.
