Thats because they dont give a crap about the shareholders. They dilute their way to riches and laugh their way to the bank. Thats why a few years back this was at 2 dollars LOL. now at the very bottom of the barrel. I would say i feel sorry for the people who bought in higher but i dont. They find a way to steal 95% + of your money no matter WHERE you buy in at. This is nothing but a share pumping dilution scam and will never "bounce back up" until a R/S, and when the RS happens its going to free fall all the way back down again with the newly minted 5 billion shares they have now.
