I wouldn't rule-out the third possibility of which comes first, given what they're dabbling in, the fire they're playing with, and that she's for all intents and purposes giving the FDA the big "F U" special....at least from what I saw and read as the ole "response"....

1) The possible perp walk ?

2) Or the plea deal with a U.S. Attorney ?

Heck, I'll add-in a #3....

3) The civil attorneys for more harmed patients like the 3 BLIND LADIES and/or the SEC, or some class-action securities firm puts the lights out on um....I'd leave those "on the table" too, in my ole humble, 2 CENT, not worth much, lousy opinion...



I'd seriously think those two or three are actual possibilities even, potentially "on the table" before too long (6 or 8 months tops maybe ?), so maybe even before the BK and/or the doctor thingy, LOL !

Who knows....the FDA is deadly serious here looks like to me, and definitely playing hard-ball, big league ball here now IMO.

When the new FDA Commissioner, Gottlieb, PERSONALLY takes time to pen part of your "FDA WARNING LETTER OFFICIAL PR" and labels you, "UNSCRUPULOUS", uh...I'd say you'e on their top sh*t list by this point in time already....LOL !

THEN, coming "back at um" with some freaking Youtube video spew, and then a list of demands/questions you WANT THEM TO ANSWER, I think you probably just dug the ditch a few feet deeper....but hey, what the H do I know...right ???
