Hard to know. The stock came alive in end of April after years of dormancy.

Had a decent run up and within 10 days or so hit a high of .0034.

There was all sorts of speculation and pumping about a reverse merger coming in and the typical rumors of share buy backs and other nonsense. You know the talk of penny's, nickels and dimes.

This was followed by rumors of updating OTC makers and emergence of a website. A few pump updates on the website were posted. A couple weeks ago the website was taken down, around the time the CEO was supposedly fired

The typical "only I speak to the CEO" and you can't type of posts and grand promises but of course lots of selling and the price retreated to the .001 range .

After weeks of no OTC updates blamed on a OTC backlog which in my opinion and experience isn't true. Finally this was abandoned and we were told that they were instead going current with the SEC.

This is a dirty old shell that has seen several pump and dumps and currently has a DTC Chill on it. So becoming a fully SEC reporting issuer is a stretch to say the least in my opinion.

So then the stock broke resistance on nothing happening, the pumpers of course all disappeared.

We then found out MMG is behind this which explains a lot. Next thing was the the CEO was terminated. Not sure if they are talking about the Marshall
Mason who was supposedly the guy or Skylier Davis who is listed with the Delaware SOS as an officer.

The reverse merger candidate is supposedly some medical field related product with government contracts and all sorts of European users. Nothing that can be substantiated.

Presently the rumor is that a new CEO is joining and the company is still going to compete a reverse
Merger blah blah blah.

Only things I can verify was someone paid the fees to have the entity current with Delaware SOS. I expect that was a few thousand dollars although some here will say it cost 100k but they don't understand how the corporate tax is Delaware is calculated. Companies like Google pay that much not POS pinksheets. Additionally the DTC Chill is still in effect. The control is preferred shares but it's unknown who owns them. Lastly they added another billion to the AS count since this came back alive. I guess that isn't exactly a share reduction?? LOL. Also TA is gagged but the OS should be about 2 billion from past pump and dumps.

That is pretty much the story from my perspective. Looks dead in the water to me on its way back to no bid.

One thing is when it moves it can trade pretty thin for a 2 billion outstanding and a fair bit was absorbed around .0008 before that support broke down.

I'll let some of the others add what the latest and greatest plan is and how this will be copper soon ??
