There has got to be investors here that are planning on a lawsuit with all the money that was stolen. I know it's a very difficult task but people have got to be pissed.
I lost money in a company called Plasticon that made a plastic rebar for cement. The PRs were very promising and exciting about their future. Unfortunately, the were fake.
The CEO, Jim Turek is in jail now. One of the rare cases of prosecution. The SEC needs teeth. They can't do anything to these scammers.
