Eh, I wouldn't call 125M give or take "minimal". It's doubling the OS.

That said, $4.6M is enough to get the ball rolling.

If they use $1M for salaries, $3M for growth, and 600k for other expenses, we're looking at:

$3M cash to grow

Each location costs maybe $700k in build out

That is enough to create 4 new corporate owned locations.

300k x 6 locations = $1.8M net profit (excluding the Bahrain licensing. Let's say that brings in another $200k).

$2M total profit / 260M Outstanding shares = .007 EPS.
