So we have a company that is basically cleared to build the first refinery in 40 years. It is away from a hurricanes path. It will be state of the art. It already has transportation issues worked out and the only obstacle left is financing and there is very little reason with everything accomplished so far that it should be easy. Yet here we are at .0167 and can't hold any minor gains.

Just things that make you go Hmmmmm!
