They will be prosecuted "if" they did anything illegal. Question is did they? I think people should turn the anger toward the SEC if what they did was legal. Ill let the courts decide that matter. What took the SEC so long to take action on such a ruthless scheme?

Its not like people were not filling the SEC mailbox for over a year? The bulk of the blame should go more to those that are suppose to protect the legitimacy of investing rather than those playing by the rules. No matter how ruthless.
