Hitting these expos soon is a sign for me that they are not doing nothing as far as getting the word out. If I wanted say a chair and went on Walmart I personally am going to enter "office chair". Then a list of products will populate and i will wade through all the products and make a decision. I was not privy to any certain type of chair prior. See how that works. Also on the other hand if I knew I wanted a "blank chair" then I would search for that specifically so there are both kinds. Some that have no idea what they want and search to find, and some that know what they want going into the purchase. All imo
