Tulla236a - keep mind CIAB is not a drug - it is delivery mechanism for cancer drugs. It is the methodology of the delivery tool CIAB that allows the "drug" to be more effective in "lower" dosages because the delivery method is pointed directly to the tumor, hence less side affects (In theory). Plus it allows the "drug" to by-pass other natural filters of the body like your liver, kidneys, stomach, etc. where side affects or dilution of the drug itself take place.

This is how I understand CIAB to work and be effective(In theory). I'm sure I'll get ripped on this board for my simple explanation but who cares.
