If STTH is making as much money as the financials claim. They should be doing a buyback, not A R/S. I sure hope Brian has a plan or current shareholders are going to get hurt. Seems like a bad idea to me. As thin as this stock trades, just a little buying would increase it a lot. Quit issuing the stupid convertibles.
