Look at the revenues for 2017...and sooo much more to add!! Why would anyone miss this???

January 24, 2017 -- Secured 8 new Auto Dealer Vendors in Florida State for Drive Safe App. It takes approximately 6 months for full vendor implementation. For this particular group of vendors, we have extrapolated attaining an average $7K in recurring monthly revenue per vendor.

8 x $7,000 = $56,000 monthly (recurring revs) = $672,000 annual

April 19, 2017 -- Received a $100K order for Drive Safe App from 1 of the leading Asian auto manufacturers with HQ’s based in Korea and Japan. Contract is on a 4-month pilot project basis with initial installations scheduled to begin immediately.

April 26, 2017 -- Has been awarded a contract by one of the leading Asian auto manufacturers with Headquarters in Japan and South Korea. Immediate to 1st 250 Asian Dealer Network Groups with an increased roll out over the next 6 months to an additional 1,000 Dealer Network Groups.

June 26 2017 - Signed a deal with a leading Auto Dealer group in South America representing Nissan, Toyota, GM, Ford, Land Rover, Kia and Hyundai. The South American group has purchased 750 units at $200 each for a total purchase order of $150,000 and have put another 750 units on hold.

July 27, 2017 -- Made an agreement with a large South Florida law firm representing over 500 auto dealers.

August 1, 2017 -- Entered into a marketing agreement with one of the largest worldwide online shopping sites with access to over 50 million customers. Berman reported via phone call – selling 20-40 units per day.

Aug 3, 2017 – Partnered deal with Assurant - purchased 500 units to start and asked us to put another 500 on hold.

Aug 11 2017 -- Executed a contract with Google Brazil yesterday. We expect to earn approximately $600,000 from this deal in Brazil over the course of the next 12 months.

August 17, 2017 -- Signed a deal with a large luxury dealer group in Texas including such brands as Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Audi, Lincoln, Cadillac, Porsche and Infiniti. Each dealership will take 25 units per month at $200 per unit for a grand total of $40,000 per month and $480,000 per year. These units will be delivered by September 13 2017

August 21, 2017 -- Executed a contract with a large Mid Atlantic dealer group with locations in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington DC. At first 12 dealers will participate each generating $3,000 per month or $36,000 and over $432,000 per year.

August 24, 2017 -- Ford Fleet services has asked us to put 1000 units on reserve as they have a Large Mid Western Utility Company who has expressed interest in not only our FMS Safe Driving App but also our Global Tracking Device. This would act as trial run, Afterward Ford Fleet Services would evaluate the data from the utility company and decide to roll out nationally and eventually globally.

August 29, 2017 -- Executed a contract with a 5 dealer auto group in Long Island New York with brands including Toyota, Nissan Chevy, Kia and Ford. This dealer group will receive units by September 18, and are targeted to sell 20 units per month at $300 per unit and a grand total of $360,000 per year.

20 x $300 = $6,000 x 5 = $30,000 monthly (recurring rev)
12 x $30,000 = $360,000 annual
