the lowdown on their 'trademark'.... it really is too funny....

first in their last 10k they say this on page 14

We have not registered any trademarks at this time and are relying on common law trademark protection. However, as our business develops, we plan to develop specific trademarks for our products and services and seek registration of those marks with government authorities for their protection.

Now let's visit what a 'common law trademark is....

basically it says that common law trademark can only be enforced in an area you use it... and since the app never worked and was never used ANYWHERE, it is why Cromulant got a registered trademark..... and the words are not even the same.... it's not even close, the trademark issue is a non-starter....

But keep on believing there is 'something big going on here'
