More likely, it will be people gambling on a payout higher than the current share price. It would be a quick buck.

The proxy statement is for the benefit of shareholders. The majority vote resides with Stan, Gill, and the two trusts. Our vote isn't needed. We do need the disclosure in the proxy statement to decide whether to go for dissenter rights, or not (Delaware law).
