The odds SEC take any short term action are very slim. Certainly there is great risk with this dog. But the company is clearly on the upswing finically in terms of debt removal, revenues and additional assets. More importantly no more Kalani dillution

I'm not adding until I get me $2.75 offering and we are over $3. Whenever that happening ill be waiting.
