IMO, the Crown Bridge financing is somewhat better than the previous toxic loans, but it still sucks big time. Jack knows this and was very open about it.

The intention is to secure more desirable funding once permits are in hand. However, we will see dilution if better loans aren't secured. Jack has also been very upfront about this in filings.
