A R/S does not "move" a price higher

Sure it does move higher based on the ratio of the split.

R/S 100 to 1, the share price will be multiplied by 100.

Holding a million shares? The holdings will be reduced to 10,000 and the share holdings will go from the
(.0003 value) $300.00 total to (.03 value) $300.00 (no changes except in share price).

Their account value would not change based on the increased share price since they lost their shares, but the future stock trading will go either up or down depending on what a company does with its accumulation stock numbers, which the majority of reverse split companies never change their accumulation number at the same time they reduce their investor's shares.
