MMEG - I have never seen any penny stock management inform their shareholders of a coming reverse split without a filing.
We all know that Corporations must notify the SEC a minimum of 10 days before the stock split and that is the time investors will hear about it.
Didn't I read someone saying the MMEG CEO said something about moving to another stock exchange in the future, like nasdaq or the nyt stock exchange? If any of that is true, the share price would have to be moved higher with a reverse split.
