I still don't buy it. Invest $15 million of his own money to file bankruptcy and get what??? How much do you think they have in assists? Apparently the market doesn't think much.
You think Obus and Decker's buddy that invested all that cash will be happy? I don't think so.
He's not BK-ing the company.
I'm not sure how moving the company to California says this at all. We shall see. I expect a nice pop from the organic line sales this upcoming Q.
