I hear ya... but remember we are basically a new company with new products (barely around 6 months) so Hartman working out all the kinks... glad to hear he's got large scale manufacturing covered now (which I think is kinda most important cause if you can't make enough of your patches/oils how can a large company/business buy a lot?)
