AS a Board of Director, I would not recommend the Bonus be "CAPPED". In the next 3-5 years, it just needs to be Paid differently, or the Bonus Structured differently. A "CAP" places a WALL on performance and the "games" begin. This key Pharmacist should believe in the long term Value of RXMD, and a Reluctance to do so gives the RXMD Board valuable information and they need to act Appropriately.GLTA

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
