Starstocks, if that is the case, that Tom is hurring b/c big deals are about to get released, then why has that information not been filed?

There seems to be 2 divergent opinions on BVTK.

model 1 Those who are pretty much convinced this is a new day, and big deal are a'comin, which means big revenue, no RS, and lots of profit.

model 2 Then there is the exact opposite opinion: nothing has changed at BVTK and an RS is the only way to make this stock survive. Dilution, dilution, dilution is the other thing this school of thought believes is happening, again, just like the old days.

What is the tipping point for you, or for anyone. Why model 1 over model 2, or visa versa. why do you feel that big deal are coming?
