Exactly! Could be glorious here if properly executed... Non dilutive financing was mentioned in the PR, so if they are planning for shares in strong hands and a low float as it appears then dollars could happen for real. I think this is why the volume has been on the low side following the announcement... Dilution either minimal right now or not happening
