Wook, I don’t think that they have any idea if it has value or not and will not know unless they gain control and have access to Corporate records and proprietary information.

With that in mind, they placed zero value on it when calculating whether to attempt the effort to seize control.

If they do gain control and upon thorough examination determine that value exists, I think that they will try to sell it or partner with someone to attempt to advance it. I do think (based on their letter) that they have any desire to advance it on their own.

That is my interpretation.

They have no idea if it has value or not so assign zero value when constructing the business model. I have never seen anything from them that suggests that it is worthless.
