The stock is losing steam, but too many people are holding and the float is low enough with enough support that I'm not concerned. The share price right now is strictly based off interest in the security as opposed to value in the company. When an acquisition is made the true value will show whether it be One dollar or several dollars. I don't believe the time has passed for a preplanned acquisition either. It may be a 100to a 200 million $ company , these things take a lot of time. For arguments sake let's assume the company is global scape. When the acquisition was made by 210 capital there was an agreement that 210 capital cannot make any changes for one year to the Board of Directors, nor could they own any more than 20% of the company. In the last couple of weeks they've been buying of shares bringing them right up to 20%, this very well could be one of the steps. If it is not global scape that they are trying to acquire very similar steps would still have to be taken and the steps take time. Believe me I'm growing as impatient as everybody else but the value remains. Almost $100 million cash value of the almost $300 million worth of net operating losses still exist. With a 50% discount, which is very generous, share value is over $1 not including the patents.
