1. Those discussions referenced in the 10Q took place this week and there are no issues.
2. We have never had a disputed contract because of lack of airplanes. Not sure where that is coming from.

The Company is currently in discussion with one major customer seeking assurances as to the Company’s ability to provide the contracted services, but the outcome of such discussions cannot be guaranteed.

My feeling is that was about the one contract which was disputed because we did not currently have the aircraft on hand, and went back to rebid
