I don't think the buyout price could be that low (less than $3.2 million) without Stan and gill handing out huge bonuses (and paying Disney).

If that happened it would surely start a class action suit for recovery of that money (maybe Gill and Stan's removal as corporate officers and possibly annulling the Camsing deal).

There were a lot of shares bought below 2 cents. There was never enough volume above 2 for them to sell, now is their chance.
