Here are my thoughts:
1. DTC chill was lifted a few weeks ago (cost several thousand dollars in legal fees most likely)
2. There was large volume ~100M shares a couple of weeks ago
3. I assume whomever removed the chill and made the trades weren't doing it to lose capital

How high $GOIG might run: no idea. Many times these run on new management news to $0.0010. Who knows what else may be coming...

At this time, $0.06 is a stretch.
