I don't know about that. The bid has firmed up to $0.024 with 115,000 shares (fake?).

If the proxy statement comes out in the next week, these could be cheap shares for a short term profit.

Of course, I'm thinking the buyout offer will be in the 6+ cent range, with an outside chance of the total being much higher than $11.5 million (Camsing can offer less than 5% of their market cap without additional filing).
