I understand that too - as someone who didn't overlap between VRNG and WDDD (just WDDD for me), it's definitely easy to see things from a different lens. But also as someone who's been following this one a somewhat-diligent basis, I can't say there is much besides the PTAB ruling that has had a definitive impact on WDDD's positions.

I feel almost exactly the same on August 31, 2017 as I did in 2013 when I originally invested. Mainly because of claims 2 and 18 of patent 998, Susman Godfrey's involvement, and the amount at stake here.

In your opinion, do you think the people that got tired of waiting are all gone now?? Or do you think you'll see more departures?

Probably not...I'm sure there are people who got in at the PTAB ruling in December or shortly thereafter who will sell by the year end 2017.

But I'd be willing to bet there are tons of people still following (who got out before) who are waiting until closer to a final decision (or even the CAFC ruling) to get back in.

Look at how many followers of this board there are vs. how many shareholders there are. And then think about all of the interested parties who don't even have an account on this website.
