1. Past performance of Broken promises 2. Auditors of the past were not paid as agreed 3. Accountants lost material facts 4. Not a priority as disclosed by JC 5. Unreasonable length of time to complete audit 6. Failure to disclose material facts in a timely fashion. 7. Contracts in default 8. Pending Lawsuit and (lawsuits if any)
I'm sure there are a lot more indicators to support the view that would support reasonable doubt that fins will not be filed.
