He needed a publicly traded company? Why?
He could have gone the way a lot of startups go with VC money or kickstarter or some other crowd funding approach to get off the ground. And if the company is as great as he think it will be he would have no problem growing it that way.
Something I would imagine GaryVee might have been more impressed with. The fact that Bishop is involved in this toxic stock will be a detriment. And it is just crazy talk thinking GaryVee is about to buy all the shareholders out. Crazy talk!!!

Was it mariel Reyes idea to jump into this penny? I suspect so given all the connections with a couple other DiPrima/Dietrich stocks.
