I am Dr. Thomas Mensah , inventor founder of AISS, and CEO of Georgia Aerospace. To prove read the Ebony Magazine on the stands now (Janet Jackson is on the cover), There is a feature on me pages 56,57,58 on Fiber Optics Invention and who is who in Technology.
We have requested that Rufus Harris and CSHD remove everything on their website regarding our technology.
He copied word for word everything on AISS from Georgia Aerospace confidential business plan. I am the one with contracts with Department of Defense, Lockheed and MTC.
I am the one with technology and capability for the new Space Shuttle materials that NASA recently awarded contract to Lockheed Martin, a contract that require our participation.
DOD and NASA will not talk or deal with these guys. Unless they provide the good faith capital they are not involved whatsoever with any of our programs.
CSHD was requested to pay good faith contribution as low as $10 Million for 8% of our defense program but could not do so after one year. They are not permitted to include our contracts, confidential business plans, or anything regarding our board members including myself in any SEC filings or promotional materials on their website or solicitation to investors etc.
They have to return all our sensitive materials immediately.

I have also heard that you said there will will a joint venture if they come up with the money.
