SCAM ALERT - NO 10K
Resaons I believe NEWC is a Scam.
Campo released unaudited financials in hope to manipulate the market. These financials are either bogus, can't be backed up because of poor documentation, or a combination of both.
Material facts are not accurate, hidden or bold face lies. We all know Campo has ties with convicted felons. This is not his first rodeo. He has worked with people of questionable character before. Material facts that still need to be proven, Is the capital he put into NEWC when he took over the role of CEO. We still do not know how much control Gotshalk has.
Campo has not come clean of Gotshalk involvement past, present and future.
