so back in March you expected he knew exactly when the first harvest was going to begin and when they would be paid?
He has been more transparent and honest than other CEO I know and you are trying to make him pay for being a human.
When he made these public statements in various PRs they were still his intentions he managed to get cash to pay half.
I am assuming his priorities for cash are:
a) workers wages
b) suppliers to the agricultural business - seeds, nursery, etc
c) other business costs - San Diego office etc
d) pay off notes
Yes it sucks that he didnt pay $60k from his own other directors pockets but lets face it he has lent the company more than anyone would expect and has been investing his funds in shares not free cash to pay off other lenders.
I dont think it is a mulligan it is just the timing of the harvest and payments received.
cash is now flowing like the water flows through our irrigation pipes.
If we keep on at him, even here on iHun, then he will be forced to tell less and less and become like the other CEOs you know
He has $5m lined up (for Cielo Mar construction) but will not use that until the price is much higher - that is his goal and it is one I want to join him in.
Just enjoy these low prices and wait for the details of the harvest and cash flows either by specific posts, blog updates tweets or the next 10Q
