Well, like most stinkie pinkies, it's probably a scam, but it should run on the news that just dropped. Unless of coarse, they dilute the shit out of it right off the bat.

I'm not buying more....and that is usually a good reason for a stock to run.

Remember........ It's better to wish you had bought a
stock, than to wish you hadn't.
