What step of that process are they in now since the 90 day LOI? What is required if they keep all existing Songbird employees and most of the songbird management still in place? Lots of regulations being posted without specifics of what those regulations mean or who they are actually intended for. Not all of that is related to this deal! Lots of exemptions when things are staying the same!
